1 can (15oz) | Mixed beans, canned (any beans could work) |
2 tbsp | Flaxseed meal (ground) (freshly ground) |
2 tbsp | Chia seeds |
2 tbsp | Pumpkin seeds (pepitas) |
75 gm | Pea Protein Powder (Canadian protein discount code ; momo) |
1 tbsp | Cocoa powder, unsweetened (add more in preferred) |
1/2 cup | Almond butter (any nut butter of choice) |
1/4 cup | Applesauce, unsweetened |
1/2 tsp | Himalayan salt |
1/3 cup | Dark chocolate chips, vegan |
1/4 cup | Cashew milk, unsweetened (any plant milk, only when needed) |
1. Rinse the canned beans.
2. Use a food processor to puree the beans.
3. Mix apple sauce with the bean puree.
4. Stir in all other ingredients, add some plant based milk if required.
5. Place the mixture in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
6. Roll, 30, little balls whit your hands.
7. Please back in the fridge or freeze some in a an air tight container for a later date.
