This is a healthy, tasty, kid-friendly, vegan protein, energy ball. Perfect quick snack at home or on the go.

Ingredients


1 can (15oz) Mixed beans, canned (any beans could work)
2 tbsp Flaxseed meal (ground) (freshly ground)
2 tbsp Chia seeds
2 tbsp Pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
75 gm Pea Protein Powder (Canadian protein discount code ; momo)
1 tbsp Cocoa powder, unsweetened (add more in preferred)
1/2 cup Almond butter (any nut butter of choice)
1/4 cup Applesauce, unsweetened
1/2 tsp Himalayan salt
1/3 cup Dark chocolate chips, vegan
1/4 cup Cashew milk, unsweetened (any plant milk, only when needed)

Instructions


1. Rinse the canned beans.

2. Use a food processor to puree the beans.

3. Mix apple sauce with the bean puree.

4. Stir in all other ingredients, add some plant based milk if required.

5. Place the mixture in the fridge for about 30 minutes.

6. Roll, 30, little balls whit your hands.

7. Please back in the fridge or freeze some in a an air tight container for a later date.
