Ingredients


2 tsp Apple cider vinegar
1 tsp Baking powder
1 tsp Baking soda
1/2 cup Banana flour
3 tbsp Flaxseeds
1 1/2 cup Mixed fruit, dried
3 tbsp Peanut butter, natural
1/2 cup Pecans
1/2 cup Spelt flour
1/2 cup Walnuts
9 tbsp Water
1/4 cup Wheat bran, dry

Instructions


Mix flax with water to make flax egg and set aside to sit for 5 minutes.

Chop the dried fruits (by hand or in a food processor) and then mix with flax egg, apple cider vinegar and peanut butter.

Mix flours, bran, baking powder and baking soda together with the walnuts and pecans.

Mix dry with wet ingredients and then transfer this mix into loaf tin and pat down..

Bake at 350┬░ Celsius for 40-50 minutes.
