1 can (13.5oz) | Coconut milk, reduced fat (light) |
148 ml | Espresso, restaurant-prepared (reg coffee or instant works too) |
1/3 cup | Coconut sugar (brown sugar works too) |
1 pod | Vanilla bean (or vanilla essence) |
3/4 cup | Whiskey, Jack Daniels (or more or less, any whiskey) |
1. Heat the coconut milk, vanilla and the sugar lightly, just till the sugar dissolves.
2. Mix everything in the blender, make sure your blender can hold this much hot liquid, if you are nit sure, be safe chill the coconut ,milk and coffee first and or blend in 2 batches.
