Ingredients


1 can(s) (13.5 oz) Coconut milk, sweetened (full fat)
1 can (13.5oz) Coconut milk, reduced fat (light)
148 ml Espresso, restaurant-prepared (reg coffee or instant works too)
1/3 cup Coconut sugar (brown sugar works too)
1 pod Vanilla bean (or vanilla essence)
3/4 cup Whiskey, Jack Daniels (or more or less, any whiskey)

Instructions


1. Heat the coconut milk, vanilla and the sugar lightly, just till the sugar dissolves.

2. Mix everything in the blender, make sure your blender can hold this much hot liquid, if you are nit sure, be safe chill the coconut ,milk and coffee first and or blend in 2 batches.

3. Enjoy responsibly!

(this makes just over 1 liter)
