Ingredients


60 gm Yves veggie meatballs (4 balls)
1 can(s) (15oz) Tomato sauce, canned (or make your own sauce!!)
5 florets Broccoli florets
1 cup Sugar snap peas
1/2 medium Zucchini (sliced)
1 cup Button mushrooms (sliced)
1 pinch Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions


1. Sautee the mushroom's in a pot, with some water or oil.

2. Add meatballs, salt and pepper plus ANY herbs you like.

3. Let is simmer for about 5 min.

4. Add the broccoli, zucchini and snap peas for about 5 min, or longer if you like your vegetables a little softer!

5. Enjoy on it owns, with salad, pasta, rice or bread!
