60 gm | Yves veggie meatballs (4 balls) |
1 can(s) (15oz) | Tomato sauce, canned (or make your own sauce!!) |
5 florets | Broccoli florets |
1 cup | Sugar snap peas |
1/2 medium | Zucchini (sliced) |
1 cup | Button mushrooms (sliced) |
1 pinch | Salt and pepper (to taste) |
1. Sautee the mushroom's in a pot, with some water or oil.
2. Add meatballs, salt and pepper plus ANY herbs you like.
3. Let is simmer for about 5 min.
4. Add the broccoli, zucchini and snap peas for about 5 min, or longer if you like your vegetables a little softer!
5. Enjoy on it owns, with salad, pasta, rice or bread!
