|3/4 cup||Almond flour/meal, Bob's Red Mill|
|1/4 cup shredded||Coconut meat, desiccated, sweetened, shredded|
|2 tbsp||Maple syrup, pure|
1. Preheat oven to 375F.
2. Peel and chop the apples. Place them in an aluminium pie pan. Sprinkle them with half of the cinnamon.
3. Combine the rest of the ingredients in a bowl. Spread the crumble somewhat evenly over the apples.
4. Bake for about 15 minutes, keeping an eye on it. It’s ready when the crumble topping is pleasantly toasted.
