Hemp seeds are high in essential fats and fermented protein makes this vegan pate a light and flavourful appetizer. Also great as a protein source on salad!
Ingredients
1 cup grated
Carrots
1/4 cup
Yellow onion
(diced)
1 clove(s)
Garlic
(minced.)
1/2 cup hulled
Hemp seeds, shelled
2 tsp
Umeboshi plum vinegar
1 scoop
fermented vegan proteins+ (unflavoured), Genuine Health
1 tbsp
Water, filtered
1 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice
1/2 tsp
Black pepper
(to taste)
Instructions
Place all ingredients in food processor or blender and mix until consistency is a smooth paste.
Spoon into a mold or dish and serve with cut veggies, crackers or flat bread.
