60 gm | Pea Protein Powder (any flavor) |

1/2 cup | Dark chocolate chips, vegan |
1/4 cup | Maple syrup |
2 tbsp | Chia seeds |
1 pinch | Himalayan salt |
2 tbsp | Flaxseed meal (ground) (flax egg) |
2 tbsp | Water (flax egg) |
86 gm | Cashew milk, unsweetened (any plant based milk when needed) |
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking math.
2. Make 2 flax eggs, 2tbs water and 2tbsp flax mixed together, let it rest for a few minutes.
3. Mix cocoa, salt, baking powder, wheat gluten, chai seeds, oats and protein powder.
4. Add the flax eggs and plate based milk or extra water if needed, it should form a thick cookie dough.
5. Form little cookies and place on the baking sheet.
6. Bake for about 10-12min
