1. Start with blending the ice till it is a slushy.
2. Add powdered peanut butter, any protein powder, add extras like cinnamon, vanilla, cocoa powder and other dry ingredients.
3. Blend, long and slow, stop to mix by hand, repeat, repeat.
4. Add a little plant based milk, you do not want to make it to liquid.
5. Blend some more, stop to mix by hand, repeat, repeat, till creamy!
6. Mix or top with any goodies but remember this will change your macros and calories! Think chocolate, coconut, nuts, cookie crumble.
