| 1 pkg (3oz) | Jello, flavoured, sugar free, dry mix (any vegan pudding mix) |
1. Mix the protein powder with dry ingredients like cinnamon, pudding mix, cocoa powder or any of your favorites.
2. Add water or plant based milk alternative, till a thick consistency.
3. Feel free to add Chica seeds, ground flax seeds or nuts of choice.
4. Freeze OR refrigerate for at least one hour.
