A creamy, light and protein enriched ranch dressing to make ahead and serve with anything you can!


1 1/2 cup cubes Tofu, silken, soft (organic)
1/4 cup Almond milk, unsweetened
1 1/2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
3 clove(s) Garlic (minced)
1 tsp Onion powder
1 tbsp Parsley, dried
1 tsp Maple syrup, pure
1 tsp Dill, dried
1 tsp Oregano, dried
1/2 tsp Sea salt
1/4 tsp Paprika, smoked
1/4 tsp Black pepper


Blend tofu in blender until smooth consistency. Add milk. Blend more.

Add remaining ingredients. 

Store in a container in the fridge. Should last at least 1 week.
