Ingredients


1 can (15oz) Lima beans, canned
3 clove(s) Garlic
1/2 small White onion
90 gm Oats, large flakes, dry
100 gm Coconut cream
2 tbsp Soy sauce, tamari
4 tbsp Flaxseeds
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Paprika, smoked
1 tsp Coriander, ground
1/2 tsp Black pepper
2 tbsp Tomato puree, canned
65 ml Water, filtered

Instructions


  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blitz
  2. Remove mixture and shape into sausages
  3. Add to a hot pan (with a drizzle of oil) and cook until brown
