Ingredients


360 gm Gardein Chick'n strips (one bag)
3 cup Frozen vegetable mix
2 cup White rice, medium-grain, cooked (cooked)
3 tbsp Mediterranean herb seasoning
1 tsp Himalayan salt
1/2 pepper(s) Red chili pepper (also chile or chilli) (to taste)

Instructions


1. Add water to a pan on medium heat, just enough to cover the pan. Add the Gardein Chick'n strips and cook for about 3 minutes. 

2. Add the frozen vegetable mix. Stir until defrosted.

3. Add the cooked rice, Mediterranean herb seasoning, salt, pepper, and red chili pepper. Stir until the dish is fully heated. Remove from heat. Serve immediately or freeze for later.
