We tried some vegan smoked salmon in our polish what I eat in a day vlog and instantly wanted to try and remake it. This stuff is unreal!

Ingredients


400 ml Yoso Unsweetened Almond and Cashew Yogurt (or any plain vegan yogurt; Vegan Cream Cheese)
1 pinch Salt (Vegan Cream Cheese)
3 medium Carrots (Vegan Salmon)
1 pinch Salt (Vegan Salmon)
200 ml Water, filtered (boiling; Vegan Salmon)
2 tsp Paprika, smoked (Vegan Salmon)
1 tsp Garlic powder (Vegan Salmon)
2 tbsp Soy sauce, tamari (Vegan Salmon)
1 sheet Seaweed, nori (blended into a powder; Vegan Salmon)
1 pinch Salt (Vegan Salmon)
2 medium bagel (9-10cm dia) Whole wheat bagel (or crackers)
1 tbsp Chives (or mixed herbs)
1 dash Black pepper

Instructions


Toast bagels and top with heaping amounts of cream cheese, vegan salmon, and then top with chives, herbs, black pepper, capers, or whatever you like!
