Vegan Apple Cinnamon Overnight Oats

1/3 cup Quick oats, gluten free, dry
2 tbsp Chia seeds
1 dash Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract, pure
3/4 cup Silk Original Coconut Milk (or milk of choice)
3 tbsp Applesauce, unsweetened
1/2 medium Apple (chopped)
1 tbsp Maple syrup (to taste)


  1. In the evening, combine all the ingredients except the apple sauce and the apple in an individual bowl.
  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, add the apple and the apple sauce.
  3. Add maple syrup to taste.


Scale recipe as desired. The oat mixture can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
