1/4 cup Black beans, canned
4 slice White mushrooms
2 tbsp, shredded Dairy-free cheddar cheese shreds, Daiya
2 slice Tomato
1/4 package Tempeh (tempe)
1 tbsp Salsa, ready-to-serve

Instructions


Pre heat the oven at 350

slice the tortilla slightly in

divide the chosen  ingredients

fold the tortilla and bake in a frying pan, before placing in the oven for about 5min

Serve with a salad
