A creamy, protein-rich smoothie that tastes like a vanilla milkshake!
Ingredients
1 medium
Banana (s)
1/3 cup
Cashew nuts, raw
(raw)
1/3 cup
Water, filtered
1 tbsp
Maple syrup, pure
(pure)
1 tbsp
Chia seeds
((optional))
1/2 tsp
Vanilla extract, pure
1 pinch
Salt
1 cup
Ice cubes
((about 5-6 large cubes))
Instructions
Place all ingredients in the pitcher of a high-powered blender.
Blend on low until all ingredients are fairly well incorporated, then blend on high until completely pureed, about 30 seconds. Pour into a glass and serve with a straw.
