1. Spray olive or sesame oil into a skillet.
2. Add the raw shrimp. Sauté for a minute or two.
3. Add in H-E-B stir fry veggies (can discard seasoning packet).
4. Add in coconut aminos to taste. Let the vegetables and shrimp cook until cooked through - 6 minutes.
5. Serve stir fry on top of brown rice.
