Ingredients


2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup chopped Red bell pepper
1/4 cup White onion (chopped)
4 patty Meatless, veggie, sausage
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese, reduced fat (18%)

Instructions


1. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté red bell peppers and white onion in olive oil until soft.

2. Add crumbled sausage patties and cook until browned, stirring occasionally.

3. Top with cheese and serve immediately.
