Ingredients


6 cup Gardein Crumbles
1 package Taco seasoning mix, McCormick
8 wrap Siete Cassava Wraps
8 cup Lettuce, spring mix (mesclun)

Instructions


  1. Cook crumbles in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned. 
  2. Stir in taco seasoning and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  3. Place the crumbles and spring mix on the shells and roll them up burrito style. (the meat and lettuce will be divided evenly between tacos) 
  4. Serve and enjoy!

Notes:

You can switch up the protein and use ground turkey or chicken instead of beef. You can also add toppings such as shredded cheese, lettuce, or black beans to the tacos. Make it a family activity by having the kids help with the toppings and assembling the tacos. Serve with a side of Mexican rice or corn for a complete meal.
