2 large leaf Lettuce, butterhead (Boston)
1/4 cup Cucumber (sliced)
1/4 cup slices Red bell pepper
1/4 cup sliced Carrots
1/4 cup sliced Tomato
1 tsp Lemon juice
1 tsp Balsamic vinegar

Instructions


1. Take all of your sliced veggies and place them inside the middle of your large Boston lettuce leaves.

 

2. Sprinkle a small amount of balsamic or lemon juice over your veggies and then wrap it up!
