20 gm | Sunflower seed butter |
40 gm | Carrots (sliced) |

Mix almond and sunflower seed butters together in a bowl. Use as dip for the carrots, celery, and apple slices.
Make your own nut butter:
- add raw, unsalted almonds and/or sunflower seeds in a food processor and blend until it's smooth. Depending on the amount of nuts/seeds, it may take 20 minutes or so. No need to add oil, the natural oils from the nuts/seeds will be enough.
Breakfast To-Go:
- measure in advance and store in containers for a breakfast to go.
