Ingredients


1 cup Coconut milk
1 tsp Maca powder (optional)
1 tsp Vanilla bean powder
1/2 cup Blueberries (fresh or frozen are fine)
1 tbsp Cashew butter (or other nut butter of your choice)
1 scoop Fermented protein powder, vanilla

Instructions


1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.

 

2. Blend until smooth and serve.

Notes:

Use any protein powder of your choice - vanilla flavored preferably 

For more protein - add a tablespoon of chia or hemp seeds
