Ingredients


1/2 avocado(s) Avocado (ripe)
2 cup Baby spinach
1 bulb(s) Fennel
1/2 medium Lemon (juice)
1 cup Water, filtered
1 tsp Dill, dried

Instructions


1. Add everything to a blender and blend everything together, preferably in a high-speed blender like Vitamix.

2. Serve immediately, or serve as a cold soup with fresh croutons or bread.
