1 avocado(s) Avocado (thinly sliced)
4 medium Radish (grated, or thinly sliced)
1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
1 dash Black pepper
1 pinch Sea salt


Poach or hard boil your eggs- about 6-7 minutes.

Drizzle some olive oil on the toasted bread.
