This is a seriously delicious smoothie that is very sustaining!
Ingredients
1 1/2 cup
Almond milk, unsweetened
1 tbsp
Cacao powder, raw
(add more to taste after blending)
1/4 tsp
Cinnamon
(to taste)
1/4 tsp
Salt
1/4 tsp
Vanilla extract, pure
(to taste)
2 tsp
Maple syrup, pure
1 tsp
Cacao nibs, raw
(any brand will work here)
1/4 cup
Walnuts
1 cup
Baby kale
(frozen)
1/4 avocado(s)
Avocado
1 medium
Frozen banana
(optional, for added sweetness)
Instructions
Place in blender in order listed and blend until smooth. To make cold without adding ice, use frozen kale and/or avocado. You can also freeze this in bowls and serve as dessert!
