| 2 tsp | Tamari, gluten free, reduced sodium |
| 1 tsp | Cumin |
| 1 tsp | Chili powder |
| 1/2 tsp | Garlic powder |
| 1 pinch | Salt |
| 1/2 tsp | Cayenne pepper |
Soak walnuts overnight, drain and rinse in the morning. Combine all ingredients in a food processor, and pulse slowly until well combined. Be careful not to over blend unless you want walnut taco hummus. (yum!) Lasts about two weeks in the fridge.
