Warm Cranberry Oatmeal Mason Jar

Ingredients


1 cup Quick oats, gluten free, dry (prepare as per package directions)
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
1 cup Cranberries
1/4 cup Honey
1/2 cup Orange juice

Instructions


  1. Bring the orange juice, cinnamon, and honey to a boil.
  2. Once boiling, add the cranberries and reduce heat to a low simmer.
  3. Allow to simmer until cranberries pop and thicken.
  4. Layer the cranberry sauce with prepared quick oats in 2 mason jars (or bowls).
  5. Top with an additional spoon of sauce, serve warm and enjoy!
