Ingredients


1/2 cup Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Quick Cooking Oatmeal (prepare as per package details)
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
1 cup Cranberries
1/4 cup Honey
1/2 cup Orange juice

Instructions


1. Bring the orange juice, cinnamon and honey to a boil.

 

2. Once boiling add the cranberries and reduce heat to a simmer.

 

3. Let them simmer until they pop and thicken.



4. Layer the cranberry sauce with quick oats in a mason jar.

 

5. Top with a dollop of sauce, serve warm and enjoy!
