1 cup Rooibos Tea, brewed
2 bunch Spinach (or sub in sweet potato puree)
1 cup Coconut milk, sweetened (full-fat)
1 medium Apple (green apple, cored and peeled, chopped)
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp minced Ginger root
1 dash Cardamom, ground (a pinch)
1 dash Allspice, ground (a pinch)
2 tbsp Almond butter
1 packette Stevia sweetener, powder (optional, to taste)
1 pinch Sea Salt

Instructions


Blend on high.

Serve.

Note:

This is not a sweet smoothie — but if you get over the idea of that and it’s quite nice.
