In a large bowl, combine watermelon and feta. Add the raisins and mint and stir to combine. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 15 to 20 minutes to allow the flavours to marry.
Remove salad from refrigerator and drizzle with hone and sprinkle with nuts, if desired.
