Watermelon Smoothie with Ginger

Ingredients


1/2 cup Watermelon (chunks; fresh or frozen)
1/2 cup Cucumber (de-seed; peeled and diced)
1/4 piece, 1-inch Ginger root (peeled and chopped or powder)
1/4 cup Mint, fresh (or scent leaf)
3/4 cup Coconut water (liquid from coconut)
1 1/2 tsp Allspice, ground ((gut wonder blend))

Instructions


  1. In a food processor or blender, pulse the watermelon, cucumber, ginger, and mint until smooth.
  2. Add the coconut water and puree until very smooth (add more coconut water  or plain water if you like a thinner smoothie).
  3. Pour into glass and garnish with sliced cucumber.
