Ingredients

Cucumber
(de-seed; peeled and diced)

Ginger root
(peeled and chopped or powder)

Mint, fresh

Coconut water (liquid from coconut)

Allspice, ground

Instructions
- In a food processor or blender, pulse the watermelon, cucumber, ginger, and mint until smooth.
- Add the coconut water and puree until very smooth (add more coconut water or plain water if you like a thinner smoothie).
- Pour into glass and garnish with sliced cucumber.
