Instructions
- Prep the apple and green onion and set them aside.
- Cook the wheat berries according to package instructions if not already pre-prepared.
- Add the lettuce to a bowl with the apple, green onion, wheat berries, cranberries and parsley.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the lemon juice, balsamic vinegar, and olive oil together.
- Slowly drizzle the dressing over the bowl and toss everything to combine.
