White Bean & Tomato Soup

Ingredients


1 can (15oz) White beans, canned
1/2 can (26oz) Marinara pasta sauce
4 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated (to serve, optional)

Instructions


Combine beans, bean canning liquid and the tomato in a heat proof bowl (or two).

Microwave for 3-4 minutes or until very hot. Alternatively heat in a saucepan on stove until hot.

Taste, season and serve with grated parmesan cheese.
