Ingredients


2 cup Wild greens ((mustard; dandelion; dock; etc .))
1 large Tomato
1 avocado(s) Avocado
1/4 medium Red onion (or 2 green onions)

Instructions


1. Rinse greens and other fresh veggies.

2. Tear greens into manageable size for your salad.

3. Slice red onion into thin slices.

4. Chop tomato and avocado into large chunks.

5. In a large salad bowl, combine ingredients. Serve.
