4 fruit | Persimmon, native (cut into 1-inch cubes) |
3 medium | Pear (cut into 1-inch cubes) |
1 cup | Red grape (cut into halves) |
3/4 cup | Pecans (cut in half lengthwise) |
1 tbsp | Extra virgin olive oil (for dressing) |
1 tbsp | Peanut oil (for dressing) |
1 tbsp | Red wine vinegar (for dressing) |
2 tbsp | Agave nectar (syrup) (for dressing) |
1. Whisk together the dressing ingredients so flavors can blend while you cut the fruit.
2. Cut grapes, persimmons, and pears into same size pieces (about 1 inch size) and place in plastic bowl. Toss fruit with dressing.
3. Just before serving, toss with pecan pieces.
