|4 fruit||Persimmon, native (cut into 1-inch cubes)|

|2 tbsp||Agave nectar (syrup) (for dressing)|
1. Whisk together the dressing ingredients so flavors can blend while you cut the fruit.
2. Cut grapes, persimmons, and pears into same size pieces (about 1 inch size) and place in plastic bowl. Toss fruit with dressing.
3. Just before serving, toss with pecan pieces.
