1 cup Blueberries (fresh)
1/2 cup Greek yogurt, plain, 2% M.F.
1/2 tsp Vanilla bean powder (optional)
1 tbsp Honey (more or less depending on preference)

Instructions


  1. Rinse blueberries and lay them out on a clean kitchen towel (that you don't mind staining with blueberries).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together yogurt, vanilla, and honey.
  3. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  4. Using a toothpick or wooden skewer, dip each blueberry into the yogurt and place on baking tray.
  5. Freeze in a single layer (about 2 hours) and place into a container.
  6. Serve frozen.
