171 gm Vanilla yogurt, 1-2% M.F.
1 medium Peach (or 1/2 cup; chopped into bite sized pieces)
1/4 cup Granola
1 serving(s) Grain Free Granola ( Almond & Flax Fre ) (Optional for store-bought, pre-packaged granola)

Grain Free Granola ( Almond & Flax Fre )

1/4 tbsp Pea Protein Powder (1 scoop)
2 tbsp Pecans
2 tbsp Walnuts
1/3 tbsp Chia seeds, ground
1 dash Cinnamon
1/3 tsp Cayenne pepper
1 dash Sea Salt
2 tbsp Pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
2 tbsp Cranberries, dried
1 tbsp Mango, dried (chopped)
1/3 1/5 second spray Cooking Spray, coconut oil (or other spray oil)

Instructions


Combine yogurt, granola & fruit in a bowl either in layers, or mixed together.  Top with extra peach pieces.

Optional:  use other fruit, such as mixed berries, pineapple, mango, papaya, etc.

Instructions for "Grain Free Granola ( Almond & Flax Fre )"

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F and position a rack in the center of the oven.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the nuts, seeds, dried fruit, and salt. Spray oil over all ingredients sprinkle in seasonings & mix until all ingredients are evenly coated.

Spread the mixture evenly onto a large baking sheet (may require two depending on size) and bake for 20 minutes.

Once the granola is visibly browned and done cooking (about 20-25 minutes), remove it from the oven and let cool completely.

Store in a container with an air-tight seal and it should keep for a few weeks.
