1 cup Greek yogurt, plain, 2% M.F.
1 cup Club soda (or filtered water)
1/2 tsp Mint, dried (crushed between fingers)
1 pinch Sea salt, fine (to taste)
1 dash Black pepper (freshly ground, to taste)
1 cup Ice cubes
1 tbsp Mint, fresh (optional, or dried crushed rose petal)


  1. In a small pitcher whisk together yogurt, club soda, dried mint, salt, and pepper.
  2. Fill glass with ice and pour over yogurt drink. Garnish with fresh mint.


In Persian grocery stores, you can find dry herb mixes for making dough.

They contain a variety of other herbs besides mint and crushed rose petals.
