Ingredients


1/4 cup Plain yogurt, 1- 2% M.F. (or favourite flavour)
1 tbsp Walnuts (chopped)
1 tbsp Pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
1 tsp Honey (for drizzling)

Instructions


  1. Add all ingredients into a serving bowl in this order:
    • add yogurt first 
    • top with walnuts
    • top with pumpkin seeds 
    • drizzle with honey
  2. Enjoy!

Notes:

  • For higher protein content - use Greek yogurt
