Ingredients


2 cup Greek yogurt, plain, 1% M.F.
1/2 cup Raspberries (or your favourite fresh fruit)
3 tbsp Honey

Instructions


  1. Mix al ingredients in a medium bowl.
  2. Pour yogurt into paper cups. Fill them almost to the top.
  3. Stretch a small piece of plastic wrap across the top of each cup.
  4. Using a popsicle stick, poke a hole in the centre of the plastic wrap. Stand the stick straight up in the center of the cup.
  5. Put the cups in the freezer until the yogurt is frozen solid (approx. 1-2 hrs).
  6. Remove the plastic wrap, peel away the paper cup, and eat your pop!
