Health Highlights

1 tbsp Coconut oil
1 tbsp Chia seeds
2 tbsp hulled Hemp seeds, shelled (or ground flaxseeds)
1 tbsp Coconut flakes
1/2 cup Peanut butter, natural
1/4 cup Molasses (or maple syrup for lighter flavour)
1 pinch Sea Salt
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 cup Raisins, seedless (sultana) (or finely chopped apricots, optional)

Mix ingredients in a large bowl with a rubber spatula.

Cover and put in fridge for 30 minutes.

Take out and use your hands (or even better, little hands!) to compress and roll into loonie-sized balls.

Optional: Roll the power balls through some dried coconut flakes to give them a fancy finish.
