Ingredients


454 gm Game meat, bison, ground, raw (ground)
1/4 cup Almond flour/meal, Bob's Red Mill
2 tbsp Zaatar spice blend
1 large Egg (large)
1 tbsp Garlic (minced)
2 tbsp Mayonnaise, with avocado oil
2 tbsp Cilantro (coriander) (or fresh herbs of choice, minced)
1 pinch Salt and pepper (pink Himalayan salt & fresh cracked black pepper)

Instructions


  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground bison, almond flour, mayo, zaatar spice blend, minced garlic, beaten egg, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix the ingredients until well combined.
  4. Shape the mixture into meatballs, approximately 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter.
  5. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked through and golden brown.
