These chocolate zucchini brownies make that sneaking vegetables into desserts truly enjoyable.

Almond butter
(natural; unsweetened)

Maple syrup, pure

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350F.
- Line an 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.
- Add all the ingredients except for the zucchini and chocolate chips to a high-speed blender or food processor, mixing until well combined.
- Transfer batter to a medium bowl and stir in the zucchini and chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into your prepared baking pan.
- Bake for 35 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool for 15 minutes before serving.
