1 medium Zucchini (peeled)
1 medium Carrots (peeled)
1 tsp Hot pepper (chili) flakes
2 whole lime(s) Lime juice (fresh) (for dressing)
4 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil (for dressing)
1 pinch Salt and pepper (for dressing)


Whisk dressing ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.

In a large salad bowl, combine all salad ingredients. Pour salad dressing over top and toss. Sprinkle with chili flakes.
