4 cup slices Zucchini
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Black pepper
1/4 tsp Extra virgin olive oil (optional)
1 tsp Apple cider vinegar


In a medium bowl whisk salt, pepper, olive oil (if used), and vinegar to make a dressing for the chips.

Add sliced zucchini.

Toss with the dressing to coat.

Arrange slices on dehydrator trays.

Dehydrate at 135°F degrees for 5-6 hours or until crispy.
