2 tsp Baking soda
2 tsp Cinnamon
2 cup chopped Zucchini (grated)
3 medium egg Egg
1/2 cup Vegetable oil
1/2 cup Applesauce, unsweetened
2 tsp Vanilla extract, pure

Instructions


Mix together dry ingredients.

Add zucchini and applesauce, combine.

Mix together wet ingredients.

Add wet to dry and stir until combined.

Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes
