1 bunch Basil, fresh (pesto)
2 clove(s) Garlic (for pesto)
1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil (for pesto)
1 tbsp Pine nuts, dried (for pesto)
2 tbsp Lemon juice (for pesto)
1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil (for dressing)
2 tbsp Lemon juice (for dressing)
1 sprig(s) Dill, fresh (to top)

Instructions


1. In a bowl whisk together ingredients for dressing and set aside.

2. Combine pesto ingredients in a food processor until desired consistency is achieved.

3. Mix cucumber noodles and cucumber slices with dressing and then top with pesto. Top with a bit of fresh dill.
