Ingredients


2 medium Zucchini (sliced lengthwise)
1 cup sliced Carrots
1 cup, slices Jicama
1 cup slices Red bell pepper
1 cup slices Avocado
1 cup Mint, fresh (I used Herbabuena, a Mexican mint)

Instructions


In each zucchini slice add one slice of the other ingredients and roll.
