1. Put oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add in cherry tomatoes and white beans. Sauté until tomato skins begin to blister.
2. Then add in zucchini spirals and basil. Cook just until spirals begin to soften. Remove from skillet and place into bowl. Top with cheese and serve.
